A light refreshing drink designed to highlight the region’s famous blueberry production. The spring blueberry is made with 4 simple ingredients: Vodka, simple syrup, lemon juice, and of course our local blueberry juice.

A hearty and full-bodied drink, the clarified milk cocktail is a labor of love. After all the ingredients are combined this drink is filtered through 14 layers to remove all of the harsher flavors and leave you with only the most delicate herbal and flowery notes, which would normally be hidden under the strong flavors of vodka and green chartreuse

The perfect after-dinner cocktail, the almond shake is a rich and creamy drink made with Hennessey, amaretto, and baileys. Thick and hearty, this drink showcases the delightful nuttiness of amaretto, while staying smooth and satisfying. Topped with whipped cream.

As the name suggests, this drink is boozy, old school, and a timeless classic. Derived from recipes harkening back to the 18th century, our old fashioned uses only two ingredients: Rye whiskey and honey syrup to deliver a delightful bite with some notes of pepper on the mid-palate and cooled with a smooth sweet finish. Can substitute any whiskey of your choosing by request.

Cold, boozy, and unique. The left-hand martini is a variation on the classic vodka martini. Starting off with Tito’s premium American vodka, it is mixed with a hint of an elderflower liqueur to give it a more complex nose, while still being balanced out by a dry white wine to control the palate.
